Immediately off the Royal Mile, the apartment is minutes from the Castle and within walking distance of Waverley Station, Princes Street and the New Town, as well as many of Edinburgh’s most famous landmarks. For art lovers the National Gallery on Princes Street is nearby and there is plenty of opportunity for those interested in history to explore the mediaeval streets and buildings of the Old Town. The street itself is vibrant during the day, with many attractive, independent shops and restaurants, yet quiet by night. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the best of the Edinburgh Festival in August and Hogmanay celebrations at New Year.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and luxurious linen. The window has secondary glazing insuring a quiet nights sleep. There is also a spacious sitting room with a sofa, armchair and a table seating four, and a hall and a beautiful new shower room with a large walk-in shower. The separate kitchen has an adjoining breakfast room lead off from the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with oven and hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. If you don’t feel like staying in to cook there is a wide array of modern and traditional bars, bistros and restaurants close by. Wifi access is also provided, as well as a selection of books and games.

There is a sofa bed in the living room for those who don’t want to share the bedroom or for parties larger than two.
