Located in Edinburgh’s New town, this destination is for those who revel in the city centre but also enjoy the peace and quiet rarely found when you live there.  Dublin Street’s Neo classical architecture from Scotland’s enlightenment era takes you for a walk through time as the New Town’s architecture remains unaltered over the centuries, and yet there is a wonderful blend of old and new found in this area as many of the boutique shops crop up out of the surrounding stonework.
Dublin St apartment has a wide range of sights and sounds to see and hear in the surrounding areas. Carlton Hill a short 5-10 minute walk away provides excellent views of the city and a quiet escape from the crowds that swarm to this end of town for the theatre, restaurants and boutique bars that can be found dotted around, this is an area filled with life perfect for a bit of escapism be it a bit of social revelry, cultural indulgence or perhaps some retail therapy.
Dublin Street is without a doubt our biggest apartment yet with 2 floors housed within it’s doors you have plenty of space to run around, ideal for the odd game of hide and seek if you find yourself shut inside for a while. Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own double bed with the exception of the master bedroom hosting a super king for those that like that extra bit of space for starfish snoozing. Bathroom facilities upstairs are a toilet and separate bath/shower room for downstairs there is a toilet/shower room. The Kitchen is well equipped with microwave, gas oven, 6 gas cooker rings, as well as all other necessary culinary kit for any meal from baking trays to a cheese grater.
WiFi internet, flat screen TV with virgin media box, towels, linen, heating, lighting and a welcome pack are also included in the rental.
Annoying truths:
The oven is a gas oven. So for those of you unfamiliar with this, it does have a row of small flames that run along the bottom at the back when it is on, other than this it works just the same as any other oven.

Bookings for this apartment require a security deposit. This is either paid in cash on arrival or on your Credit card and. Payment is only withdrawn from your card at the end of your stay if there has been any damage done to the property or it’s contents.
