This long road runs from the castle down to Holyrood Palace and the houses of parliament, and features a plethora of interesting shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, museums and sites of historical importance housed along its ancient route. The Webster’s land apartment is also within easy walking distance of Princes Street, behind which Edinburgh’s elegant New Town awaits discovery.
The apartment accommodates up to three people with one double bedroom and a sofa-bed in the open-plan living area. There is one bathroom complete with bath and shower, and towels and bed linen are provided. Useful features include a washing machine, Wi-Fi internet access and a TV and DVD player with small DVD collection. The kitchen is well fitted out with a fridge, oven, hob and plenty of crockery, but with such a range of opportunities for eating out the cooking facilities are rarely used!
Whether you are travelling on holiday or on business, you will find that this tastefully furnished apartment caters well for your needs. Webster’s Land provides a peaceful sanctuary within the heart of the town, allowing you to easily access all the best of what Edinburgh has to offer.
The rental include hot water, gas & electricity, central heating, fluffy towels, crisp cotton linen, wireless internet and taxes. Discounted rates for longer stays.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location with views of the castle, just off the Grassmarket (hopping area of restaurants and pubs), but quiet! It is a great base for meetings at the Edinburgh International Conference Center, which is less than 1 kilometer away (in fact, it’s closer than most of the conference hotels). Katie is a wonderful host who provided maps, guides, fruit, and lovely shortbread. The WiFi worked like a dream (better than mine at home by far). A perfect base for this wonderful city.
