Heriot Row is a fabulous apartment in the heart of the city overlooking Queen Street Gardens giving the illusion of countryside rather than city centre.  Located in Edinburgh’s New Town, an area of the city with many splendid townhouse built mid 18th century during the time of the Scottish Enlightenment.
A five minute walk from the doorstep in one direction you have the city centre the perfect place to escape for some retail therapy in the many UK High Street shops that line Princes Street and the surrounding streets, or alternatively hide away exploring the city sights, the old town of Edinburgh and the lost streets beneath. Away from the city Centre in the opposite direction is the small and quite village area of Stockbridge, home to a variety of small bespoke shops and cafés, definitely worth having a look if you get the chance. The surrounding areas of the city centre & Stockbridge both have a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and bistros where you can explore a variety of different cuisines.
The apartment itself is spacious and impressively decorated showing off much of the original architecture of the building with a rich variety of furniture allowing you immerse yourself in the history of the street and escape back in time. A few unique quirky features can be found through out the apartment in particular, the master bedroom has a secret walk in wardrobe with a bookcase door.
The apartment has a spacious living room, a large master bedroom, kitchen, shower room and a second bedroom.  The whole apartment sleeps a total of 3 guests. The master bedroom has a super king which can be separated in to two single beds, in the second bedroom there is a single bed. The living room windows and the second bedroom look southwards across to the private gardens of Queen Street which guests do have access to use. The master bedroom and kitchen have open views to the north of the city and Fife
The kitchen is newly refitted, kitted out with all appliances and utensils you should need to rustle up a good meal.
The apartment is well equipped with washing machine and drying facilities, dishwasher, microwave, iron, TV, DVD player, free Wifi internet heating & lighting. There is an ample supply of towels and linen which are included in rental. There are no taxes or extra fees.
