This lovely sunny apartment is situated in St Stephen Street, a quiet street with many interesting shops, selling any thing from chandeliers, to woolly jumpers. Stockbridge is a bohemian area of the city on the edge of the wealth new town and benefits from interesting specialist shops, quirky coffee shops, and an abundance of good bars and restaurants. Being only 5-10 minutes walk from Princes Street, it's a great place to live or to visit the city.
Close to the Waters of Leith, a pleasant 10 minute walk to Royal Botanic Gardens in one direction and a 25 minute walk to the Gallery of Modern Art in the other. Stockbridge is a village with all the advantages of a city.
