The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor (4th to our American cousins) of  a building dating back to the 17th Century- and thus there is no lift (elevator), rather a stone spiral staircase taking you up to the door of Flat3.

There is a wonderfully secluded south-facing balcony overlooking a beautiful old town roofscape and the spire of St Patrick’s Church, Cowgate, the heart of the old medieval town. Perfect for sipping your morning coffee or a glass of wine after a days sightseeing

Very comfortable King sized bed. Windows overlook the Royal Mile with an extra wee window looking down the street. there is secondary glazing throughout keeping the room nice and quiet. the curtains have a blackout lining for the long nights in the summer.

Family sized bathroom with a large bath and shower over it. Light and spacious with shaver point.
