This beautiful, two-bedroom, luxury holiday apartment is just a stone’s throw from some of the capital’s most fashionable bars and high-end retailers, and just a short walk from the historic Old Town and her many world-famous attractions.

Interior

Albany Street is a fine example of a traditional Georgian townhouse. The first-floor holiday apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and features a wonderfully bright and spacious living/dining room where guests can relax on the sofa or enjoy a slap-up meal at the six-seat dining table. The two double-bedrooms are airy and welcoming thanks to their traditionally high ceilings and are a wonderful place to bed down after a hard day’s sightseeing.

Interior detail

Our Albany Street holiday accommodation comprises two bedrooms at the rear, each with a king-size bed. The large south-facing windows have original, blackout shutters and views over the gardens. The bathroom boasts contemporary fittings and has an over-bath shower with adjustable handheld and fixed rainfall-shower heads.

The beautiful, bright living room is the property’s highlight, with its high ceiling, ornate coving and traditional fireplace typical of an Edinburgh New-Town house. A solid wood dining table for six sits in front of two large windows overlooking the pleasant Georgian street below. There are two comfortable sofas (one a sofa-bed which can be made up upon request), a well-stocked bookshelf and an HD Smart TV and WiFi. Adjoining the living room is a compact modern kitchenette fully equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Iron, ironing board and clothes horse can be found in the utility cupboard off the hall.

Around and about

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the town centre and Waverley Station, so guests arriving by train may find the location particularly convenient. Additionally, the cosmopolitan charms of Broughton Street are right around the corner, where guests can enjoy a selection of independent cafes and bars or peruse the local shops. Paid on-street parking (free from 6.30pm until 8.30am and on Sundays)

One member of the party must be over 21 years old.

Important

This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.

We meet and welcome all our guests to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in, please let us know if you would prefer this option.

Luggage Storage

Our guests are welcome to store the luggage at our Greatbase office located at 24 St Stephen Street during our office hours from Monday to Friday free of charge. Please confirm your drop-off time and the collection time if you would like to use this service.
