For sampling Edinburgh’s enviable culinary scene, engaging in a little retail therapy or simply enjoying the myriad tourist attractions that Scotland’s wonderful capital city has to offer, this Edinburgh holiday apartment with superb location is surely second to none.

Interior layout
The apartment is bright and cleanly furnished, and to the south boasts commanding views of Arthur’s Seat and Salisbury Crags. Inside it has everything you need for your perfect stay in Edinburgh and, with wooden flooring throughout every room, has a warm and homely feel.
The main living area is bright and comfortable. It features a dining table with seating for four, as well as a TV with built-in DVD player and two sofas that can easily seat five people. One of the sofas can be made up as a sofa bed (upon request) for an additional guest.
Further to this are two comfortable bedrooms, a functional bathroom with standing electric shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and built-in shelving for optimal storage. The second bedroom has a double bed, also with ample space to hang and store your belongings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (oven with electric hobs, toaster, microwave and kettle) and also features all the cookware and tableware for guests to indulge in a little home cooking during their stay. The apartment also has free Wi-Fi and a washing machine for added convenience.

Around and about
At just fifty yards from the capital’s historic high street, self-catering holiday apartments in Edinburgh don’t come much more central than this. Once on the Royal Mile, guests can head west towards Edinburgh Castle, the historic fort perched atop Castle Rock, or east towards the Palace of Holyrood House, the Queen’s Edinburgh residence. And if this all feels a bit regal, why not drop in to the Scotch Whisky Experience and sample some of Scotland’s finest export, or perhaps just go at your own pace and take a stroll through Edinburgh’s labyrinthine web of closes and alleyways.
Additionally, the apartment is ideally positioned for those travelling to enjoy or take part in Edinburgh’s world famous International Arts Festival, with many prominent venues right on the doorstep.

The property has Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Please note that there is no parking at the apartment. The nearest long-stay car park is the NCP at Holyrood Road, APCOA Parking at Waverley Station or Q-Park at OMNI. .

Booking requirements
One member of the booking party must be at least 25 years old.
Important
This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.
We will welcome you in person to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in—please let us know if you prefer this option.
Luggage Storage
You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
