The heart of this home is the bright and airy living/dining/kitchen area, enabling a sociable gathering without being on top of each other. Tri-fold doors lead out onto a patio area and the lovely garden, which is a real sun trap. A second smaller sitting room with gas fire means you can escape for more peace and quiet if you wish. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms (2 super kingsize, one of which can be split into a twin and 1 single bedroom) make this ideal for a family or group of friends.
The property is quiet and has off-street parking for two cars in the drive, as well as a private garden. It’s an easy stroll to popular Stockbridge and excellent bus links to the centre of the city (10 minutes by bus). This is a great location for going to the Fringe Festival before returning to relax in peaceful surroundings away from the crowds.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. Alternatively, can we offer you an insurance policy to cover damages and excess cleaning. The cost of the policy will vary depending on the length of your stay.
