Interior layout

Upon entry, a short flight of stairs takes guests into the modern kitchen and dining area, which seats 4. Sliding doors open into the cosy and comfortably furnished sitting room, complete with a gas stove. A large skylight lends the apartment a bright and uplifting atmosphere. Matching sliding doors at the opposite end of the kitchen lead into the double bedroom (standard UK double) with en suite shower room.

It provides easy access to the Edinburgh International Conference Center and Haymarket Railway Station, as well as the many theatres, shops, and sightseeing attractions in the city centre.

Around and about

The adjoining William Street is in the heart of the New Town’s West End, a popular area with those ‘in the know’ brimming with artisan cafes, boutiques and restaurants. And yet you’re only a short walk from the hubbub of the city, making this apartment the ideal Edinburgh festival accommodation.

Booking requirements

One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require the names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.

Important

None of our holiday apartments in Edinburgh city centre are suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. Alternatively, can we offer you an insurance policy to cover damages and excess cleaning. The cost of the policy will vary depending on the length of your stay.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.

We will welcome you in person to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in—please let us know if you prefer this option.

Luggage Storage

You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
