Our Jamaica lane property forms part of a tranquil mews in Edinburgh’s New Town and, with its own private garage, is ideal for families or groups arriving by car.
Accessed via main door, the house is bright and spacious, opening onto an open plan kitchen/dining area with table-seating for six. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a sofa-bed in the living room that can be made up for an additional guest.
Jamaica Lane is perfectly situated for those looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat with easy access to the city centre. Just a five-minute walk will take guests from the apartment’s tranquil mews surroundings to Princess Street and the bustling heart of the Edinburgh. Or why not head south where a short walk will take you to Edinburgh’s Stockbridge area, home to numerous bars, restaurants and artisan shops as well as the excellent Sunday Market. The apartment has a large private garage attached to it.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. Alternatively, can we offer you an insurance policy to cover damages and excess cleaning. The cost of the policy will vary depending on the length of your stay.
