A cosy and well-equipped garden-level apartment in Edinburgh’s prestigious New Town.
Dundas Street is a popular New Town thoroughfare, vibrant by day but peaceful by night.
This bright and cheerful holiday apartment includes a sitting room with a well-equipped kitchenette, comfy sofa and armchair, as well as a generous dining table at the window. The bedroom has zip-and-link beds which can be made up as two singles or a king. Like the living area, the bedroom has a large light-filled street-side window, as well as double glazing, curtains and working wooden shutters to provide effective noise insulation in both rooms. The windowsill has integrated shelving containing a hairdryer and there is a dressing mirror on the adjacent wall. Further storage space can be found in the fitted wardrobe at the far end of the bedroom, beside the modern en-suite shower room.
A flight of stairs leads from the street down to the apartment’s entry, as well as a private patio on the garden level, where you can relax and enjoy a drink alfresco while planning your Edinburgh stay. Dundas Street is well known for its galleries, antique shops, and cafes, with good transport links throughout the city. It is quiet in the evenings and on weekends. The Water of Leith Walkway is only a few minutes’ walk away if you wish to experience a more peaceful side of Edinburgh and to explore where the locals go.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
A damage deposit of £250 is required before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.
The rental amount includes laundry, cleaning, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi.
For the security of our guests and the safety of this holiday home, this property has an external CCTV located at the exterior of the property near the front door.
The owners have asked us to make you aware that they will require access twice or thrice a week to water the plants and perform the plant maintenance in the patio and they will require access to the cellars if need.

Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00, or later by special arrangement.
You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.
We will welcome you in person to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in—please let us know if you prefer this option.
You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
