The property is located in Edinburgh’s New Town, an area with many splendid townhouses built mid-18th century during the time of the Scottish Enlightenment.
This apartment itself retains many of its original features and is traditionally furnished and wonderfully spacious, with high ceilings and windows throughout. The property can accommodate three, with a large double bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be made up as 2 singles, and a further single bedroom. The south side of the apartment overlooks the private gardens of Queen Street (to which guests have access), lending the flat a surprisingly rural edge, while the north side offers views across the city to the Firth of Forth. Perfect for short stay or longer stay.
The apartment is well equipped with washing machine and drying facilities, dishwasher, microwave, iron, TV, DVD player, free WiFi internet, heating and lighting. There is an ample supply of towels and linen which are included in rental. There are no taxes or extra fees.
Exterior/location – Edinburgh apartments don’t come much more central than this. A two-minute walk will take you to George Street and all the world-class restaurants, bars and shops the city centre has to offer. In the opposite direction is Stockbridge, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and excellent Sunday Market. Paid on-street parking (free from 5.30pm until 8.30am and free at weekends). This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. Alternatively, can we offer you an insurance policy to cover damages and excess cleaning. The cost of the policy will vary depending on the length of your stay.
