A bright and airy master bedroom faces Southeast, while the 2nd bedroom can be made up as a double or twin and overlooks gardens to the rear. The beautifully furnished living room looks out towards the Traverse Theatre from large windows. The stylish modern kitchen with dining and funky bathroom provide all the facilities and comforts needed for a great stay.
The immediate area offers plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, from the Michelin-starred Castle Terrace to Lothian Road’s many Pizzerias, Mexican restaurants and burger bars. Additionally, for those visiting on business, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre is just around the corner. Parking available for long-stay at the NCP car parks on Castle Terrace or Riego Street.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
This apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure. Alternatively, we can offer you an insurance policy to cover damages and excess cleaning. The cost of the policy will vary depending on the length of your stay.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.
We meet and welcome all our guests to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in, please let us know if you would prefer this option.
Our guests are welcome to store the luggage at our Greatbase office located at 24 St Stephen Street during our office hours from Monday to Friday free of charge. Please confirm your drop-off time and the collection time if you would like to use this service.
