The separate kitchen is spacious, combining cream cabinetry, warm worktops and dark wood-effect flooring to form a practical, modern space for cooking together. Well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, it has everything needed for anything from a quick snack to a relaxed dinner in.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights, each furnished with a double bed. Wardrobe space and bedside tables mean you can fully unpack and settle in, whether you’re staying for a weekend or a long week.

The bathroom features a bath with overhead shower, creating a simple, functional space for both quick morning showers and long evening soaks.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. Towels and linen are supplied. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.

This holiday apartment is not permitted to host stag or hen parties, nor any other type of party. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and in the building. Pets are not permitted to visit or stay.

This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £200 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

Please kindly note that the apartment is on the ground floor and the building has no lift.

House rules

  • This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
  • Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
  • Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
