On the inside, the flat is stylish, bright and modern, while contemporary furnishings lend the flat a clean and uncluttered quality. The flat itself comprises two large double bedrooms (one with en-suite facilities including walk-in shower) and a bright and airy kitchen/dining room with views over Charlotte square.

The Kitchen is well equipped and boasts a Nespresso coffee machine for those lazy mornings in. The upper floor of the apartment is a spacious and comfortable living room that has table seating for four alongside a double sofa-bed that can be made up for an additional guest upon request. Enviably for such a central location, this listing also features a large parking space (L-885cm H-210cm W), located just around the corner on Rose Street, a rarity for a flat in such a central location.


The third-floor property sits atop a listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of the city and just a stone’s throw from Princess Street Gardens and Edinburgh Castle. This Edinburgh holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required one week before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.

We meet and welcome all our guests to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in, please let us know if you would prefer this option.

Luggage Storage

Our guests are welcome to store the luggage at our Greatbase office located at 24 St Stephen Street during our office hours from Monday to Friday free of charge. Please confirm your drop-off time and the collection time if you would like to use this service.
