There is a bright and airy kitchen/dining room with views over Charlotte Square, with a large table for a family of 6 to dine together. The kitchen boasts everything you need for cooking up a storm, including a Nespresso coffee machine for those lazy mornings in.

The upper floor of the apartment is a spacious and comfortable living room made up of a cosy sofa and armchair set and wide-screen TV – the perfect set up for winding down after a full-on day of sight seeing! There is additional table seating for four alongside a double sofa-bed that can be made up for an additional guest upon request.

This Edinburgh self-catering apartment also features a large private parking space (length: 885 cm; height: 210 cm and width: 240 cm), located just around the corner on Rose Street—an enviable rarity for a flat in such a central location.

One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking.

Important

This Edinburgh holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00, or later by special arrangement.
You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.

We will welcome you in person to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in—please let us know if you prefer this option.

Luggage Storage

You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
