Perfect Pied-à-terre in the New Town

Located in the New Town, which is both a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Edinburgh’s most affluent and sought-after residential areas, this elegant holiday apartment is ideal for a family or a group of friends to enjoy their stay in Edinburgh.

Interior layout

The property can accommodate 4 guests over two delightfully spacious and light bedrooms, both with the large windows which were typical of Georgian period.The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, beautiful matching furniture and a lovely upholstered armchair. There is also direct access to a sleek en-suite bathroom complete with bath.

An additional double bedroom contains a double bed and ample storage with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. . There is also another family bathroom with a corner bath.

The living room is welcoming and cosy, with two plush sofas, an armchair and foot stool, making it the perfect space to put your feet up with a glass of Scottish whiskey after a busy day touring the city! There’s a large TV and even a desk in the window if you need it.

The airy kitchen is fully equipped for both long and short stays and includes bar seating for up to four people.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request.

Please note that there is no parking at the apartment. On-street parking is free from 6:30 p.m till 8:30 a.m. on Monday to Saturday and free from 6:30 p.m. on Saturday to 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. You can find more information from our parking guide in Edinburgh.

This Edinburgh holiday apartment is perfectly situated between the tourist attractions in the historic Old Town and the quant cobbled streets and café culture of bustling Stockbridge. A ten-minute walk passing some of Edinburgh’s stunning Georgian architecture will take you to George Street and all the world-class restaurants, bars and shops the city centre has to offer. Feeling lazy? Pop down to nearby Starbar for a pint with the locals.

From George Street, the historic Old Town and Edinburgh Castle are easy to reach, along with important tourist sites like St Giles’ cathedral, the Royal Mile and Holyrood Palace – the official residence of the King when he comes to Scotland.

Booking requirements

One member of the booking party must be at least 25 years old.


This holiday apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

House rules

  • This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
  • Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
  • Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
