Step outside and you’ll find yourself on Viewforth, a bustling street lined with a vibrant selection of independent shops, cozy cafes, and exceptional restaurants. The city centre and historic Old Town are easily accessible, placing you just moments away from iconic landmarks like Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and Princes Street.

Interior layout
The moment you enter this third floor holiday apartment, you’ll be greeted by an inviting hallway that serves as the flat’s central hub, connecting the comfortable bedrooms, the spacious living room, a modern kitchen and the sleek bathroom.

Step into the spacious living room, where an inviting sofa and two soft arm chairs offer the perfect spot to unwind. Large sash windows at the front of the room flood the space with natural light, highlighting the beautiful wooden floors. In the evenings, you can bask in the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the soft lighting and settle in to watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. A charming wooden coffee table serves as a centrepiece, perfect for gathering around with a drink or a good book.



Drift off to sleep in the tranquility of the master bedroom. The plush double bed, with its contemporary padded headboard, set against a calming turquoise wall, promises a restful night. Wake up gently to the soft sunlight filtering through the sash window, creating a peaceful start to your day. The master bedroom also has its own water closet. Through in the other bedroom, another comfortable double bed presents itself. A similar interior design palette of tranquil blues and soft neutrals creates a soothing atmosphere, while natural light streams in, making it a perfect spot for unwinding after a long day. These serene spaces are designed for with comfort and relaxation in mind.





Feeling peckish? The compact kitchen is ready for you. It’s fully equipped with all the essential cookware, crockery, and appliances you’ll need to whip up delicious meals. With an induction cooktop, oven, toaster, kettle, and a fridge/freezer, you can effortlessly make anything from a quick breakfast to a three-course dinner.

Pamper yourself at the end of a long day with a soak in the sleek and modern bathroom. A deep bathtub, featuring both a handheld and overhead shower, invites you to wash away your worries and unwind completely.


Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.
This holiday apartment is not permitted to host stag or hen parties, nor any other type of party. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and in the building. Pets are not permitted to visit or stay.

Within a 10-minute walk, pop into Artisan Roast for a perfectly brewed coffee, of enjoy a laid-back brunch at Project Coffee just around the corner. If you’re after something sweet, toasted offers indulgent cupcakes and seasonal treats that are hard to resist.
When you’re ready to explore beyond the neighbourhood, Edinburgh’s reliable Lothian Buses make it easy to venture across the city. Take advantage of the 10 or 27, accessible directly from the bus stop just outside the apartment building. A short 15-minute bus ride will take you into the historic Old Town, where iconic landmarks like Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and the National Museum await exploration. From the Old Town, it’s just a short stroll to the famous Princes Street, where you can enjoy a mix of high-street shopping, sweeping views of the castle and easy access to the elegant Georgian streets of the New Town.

One member of the booking party must be at least 25 years old.
Important
This holiday apartment is not permitted to host stag or hen parties, nor any other type of party. A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the apartment, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.
House rules
- This apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
- Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighbourhood.
- Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
- No pets are allowed.
- Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

Luggage Storage
You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
