You will stay within easy reach of central Corstorphine, where you can wander to independent cafés, handy local stores and traditional pubs, as well as frequent bus routes into the city centre and the wider area. The hill itself is just a short stroll away, offering woodland paths, wide open views across Edinburgh and an effortless way to enjoy the outdoors, while nearby highlights such as Edinburgh Zoo and Murrayfield Stadium are close at hand.

The main living room is designed for unwinding, with a large corner sofa, polished floorboards and a wall dressed in patterned wallpaper for a cosy and boutique feel. A wall mounted TV and shelving for books, games and records make this an inviting space for movie nights or relaxed evenings after exploring the city.

The modern kitchen pairs sleek white cabinetry with wood worktops, so home cooking feels effortless whether preparing breakfast or an evening meal. A large picture window looks out to the garden and brings in plenty of daylight, while a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle ensure all practical needs are covered.

Beside the kitchen is a charming dining nook with bench seating, deep blue cushions and a solid wood table that invites lingering over meals. French doors open straight onto the garden, so on warmer days guests can enjoy the fresh air and an easy flow between indoors and out.

Across two floors, this home offers four restful bedrooms, each with its own character and generous natural light: a master with a king-size bed, one double bedroom, and one small double bedroom. The fourth bedroom features a sofa bed. These rooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements with thoughtful storage and preparation spaces suited to a variety of stays. Ample windows ensure a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout.

The main bathroom has a bathtub along with a heated towel rail and practical storage for toiletries. Upstairs, a separate shower room with skylight offers a fresh feel, featuring a walk-in shower, modern fittings and another heated towel rail for added comfort.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. Towels and linen are supplied. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.

This fringe accomodation is not permitted to host stag or hen parties, nor any other type of party. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Pets are not permitted to visit or stay.

Green space is a real highlight here, with Corstorphine Hill Local Nature Reserve almost on your doorstep for woodland walks, big open views and fresh air, and Murrayfield, the Water of Leith and Edinburgh Zoo all nearby.

Getting around is straightforward whether you are heading into town or travelling further afield. From Corstorphine Road and surrounding stops, frequent Lothian Buses including routes such as 26 and 31 run directly into the city centre, reaching Princes Street and George Street in around 20–30 minutes. You will find no shortage of places to eat and drink close by. Important

This fringe accomodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £300 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the house, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

House rules

• This house accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
• Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
• Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
• No pets are allowed.
• Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
• Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted both inside and outside of the house.
