The hill itself is just a short stroll away, offering woodland paths, wide open views across Edinburgh and an effortless way to enjoy the outdoors, while nearby highlights such as Edinburgh Zoo and Murrayfield Stadium are close at hand.

The main bathroom has a bathtub along with a heated towel rail and practical storage for toiletries. Upstairs, a separate shower room with skylight offers a fresh feel, featuring a walk-in shower, modern fittings and another heated towel rail for added comfort.

Towels and linen are supplied and a high chair and travel cot are available by request. Towels and linen are supplied. If you need a travel cot and/or high chair for your little one, please request the travel cot and/or high chair at least three days in advance of your arrival date. Be sure to bring your own linen for the travel cot as we do not have the linen for the cot. The travel cot comes equipped with a standard UK lightweight foldable mattress. However, if you prefer an additional mattress for extra comfort, please bring that along as well.

This fringe accomodation is not permitted to host stag or hen parties, nor any other type of party. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Pets are not permitted to visit or stay.

A short stroll brings you into the centre of Corstorphine, where you will find independent cafés, handy everyday shops and traditional pubs, all contributing to a friendly, village‑like atmosphere. Green space is a real highlight here, with Corstorphine Hill Local Nature Reserve almost on your doorstep for woodland walks, big open views and fresh air, and Murrayfield, the Water of Leith and Edinburgh Zoo all nearby.

From Corstorphine Road and surrounding stops, frequent Lothian Buses including routes such as 26 and 31 run directly into the city centre, reaching Princes Street and George Street in around 20–30 minutes. This fringe accomodation is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £300 is required prior to arrival and, in the event that there is no damage to the house, will be fully refunded one week after your departure.

House rules

  • This house accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. No unregistered guests are allowed to visit or stay overnight.
  • Parties, events, and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. All guests must comply with our other house rules regarding noise and the neighborhood.
  • Please do not engage in any anti-social behaviour. Guests must not behave in a way which causes, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress, nuisance or annoyance to any person; or which amounts to harassment of any person; or causes damage to anyone’s property. This includes high levels of noise and drunken or threatening behaviour, which is strictly prohibited.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep any form of noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:30 a.m.
  • Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles, or incense burners. Smoking is not permitted both inside and outside of the house.
