Situated in a quiet courtyard just off of Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile, our Old Town apartment is perfect for tourists looking to make the most of the city’s world-famous attractions.
Comfortable and convenient, our Old Town flat is a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The interior comprises two bedrooms (one large double and one twin), a bright and airy living room (with a small balcony) and a bathroom and kitchen. It is situated on the second floor and accessed via stairs.
Guests have access to a private garden and growing area that is shared between the residents of the building. Guests will also enjoy the open, tree-lined green that marks the middle of historic Chessel’s Court. A small arcade separates this courtyard from the high street. Once on the Royal Mile, guests can stroll down the hill to the Palace of Holyroodhouse or follow the high street up to Edinburgh Castle. The apartment’s central location makes it the ideal choice for experiencing Edinburgh’s world-famous Fringe Festival or even the street party on Hogmanay. Additionally, the apartment is just a short walk from Edinburgh’s Waverley Railway Station, making it particularly handy for those arriving by train. There is no parking in the courtyard. The nearest on-street car park is at St John’s Hill, which is less than a 5 minute walk away.
One member of the booking party must be over 25 years old. We reserve the right to vet any booking. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as addresses and ID.
This self-catering apartment is not suitable for stag or hen parties. A damage deposit of £250 is required before arrival and will be fully refunded pending no damages one week after your departure.

Check-in is from 16:00 until 22:00, or later by special arrangement.
You will be asked to check-out before 10:30.
We will welcome you in person to introduce you to the apartment, hand over keys and answer any questions. We can also arrange self check-in—please let us know if you prefer this option.
You are welcome to store your luggage free of charge at our Greatbase Office, located at 24 St Stephen Street, during office hours from Monday to Friday. Please confirm your drop-off and collection time if you would like to use this service.
